Side by Side Kids is a faith-based, afterschool program anchored in East Austin’s St. John community. We journey side-by-side with kids from kindergarten to 5th grade, encouraging and equipping them to reach their highest God-given potential as everyday leaders and heroes of tomorrow.
We are committed to tutoring and inspiring our kids to reach academic excellence and encouraging them to make wise choices as we share the love and truth of the heart-changing Gospel with them.
Tie those laces and get your running shorts out of the drawer because Side by Side Kids is having its very first 5K run! If running is not your thing, well you can walk! Runners and walkers unite to support east Austin. Side by Side Kids currently serves elementary students at two locations in east Austin and needs your help to continue our efforts at inspiring and equipping kids to be excellent students, make wise choices and follow Christ.
